What is Chapy?
Chapy is an AI chat assistant built for Slovenian speakers. You can ask it to write and edit texts, explain things, translate or answer everyday questions, in Slovenian, English and other languages.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Chapy is hosted in the EU and we follow the GDPR. Your conversations are private, they are not used for advertising and we do not allow AI providers to train on them. You can delete conversations or your whole account at any time. Details are in our privacy policy.
Which languages does Chapy support?
Chapy is optimised for Slovenian and English, and also works well in many other languages. It answers in the language you write in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel in your account settings with a few clicks. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens after the trial?
The trial lasts 7 days or 50 messages, whichever comes first. We never charge you automatically: you only pay if you choose to subscribe to Chapy Pro. Your conversations stay in your account.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued for every payment and sent to you by email. Business customers can enter their VAT ID so that it appears on the invoice.
Is the AI always right?
No. Like any AI, Chapy can make mistakes, so please double-check important facts and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions.
What is reasoning mode?
A switch next to the send button. When it is on, Chapy thinks longer before answering, which helps with harder questions. Each such message counts as 5 messages of your limit.
